Before I started listening to you guys I would get blisters on any run over 5 miles, never ran without getting my HR in the 190"s and lived off carbsAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15309582555477092178noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7925909289858867101.post-79491000832435846702014-03-21T09:51:55.592-06:002014-03-21T09:51:55.592-06:00Thanks for the shoutout chica!!! I found that I can have 1 glass of wine a few times a week and still keep HRV in good spot, but anything more than that and it plummets. Lack of sleep kills my HRV too.

Not gonna, I love my job(s) soooo much, but I am slightly envious of all the time you have to train!!! Can't wait to see you rock the racing!Tawnee Prazak, M.S., CSCShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07574536270084586370noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7925909289858867101.post-32744128497379596322014-03-18T07:21:32.770-06:002014-03-18T07:21:32.770-06:00Thanks :) Luckily this HRV isn't too much of a...Thanks :) Luckily this HRV isn't too much of a time drain, just 3 minutes when you wake up and you are good to go!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15309582555477092178noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7925909289858867101.post-4002089255001805872014-03-18T07:10:25.092-06:002014-03-18T07:10:25.092-06:00great read Jenna, and good luck with the training-...great read Jenna, and good luck with the training- looks like you are setting yourself up for a big year. Now I have to go look into this HRV stuff (just one more thing to consume time I don't have). Scotthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15515773301202476429noreply@blogger.com
